Nah, not for a thing like this, especially when they never explicitly stated it is forbidden. Now that they did though, future incursions may as well get permanent bans. Still, a permanent ban for closing the game in an improper way does sound way too harsh. But a decently long ban to give some time to contemplate (a week or a month should suffice) sounds nice 🙂.

RP's gained this way should also definitely be taken away (just deduct the total sum of loss forgiveness gained) to remove any possible lingering gains from abuse.
