It just takes time to learn recoil control.. There is a lot that comes with learning this game and getting good. You have to learn how to drop, you have to learn how to prioritize loot and gun attachments. You have to learn how to make the loot you have work. Learning how to use abilities and so much more..
It really just takes experience.. It's going to be a bit painful for a while but eventually you'll have some success. If you have a good teammate, ask them if they will team up with you.
