@bosourd well, Valorant is a major departure from Apex. You'll get downed in a split second vs the clip sponging, shield cracking of Apex lol Besides that, I think you are running into the linear vs open world gameplay. It's the same for single player games like an Uncharted vs something like Horizon Zero Dawn or Spider-man.
Definitely good advice to break and come back. It will at least feel fresh for a while then. For me Apex is in rotation as a game I come back to check on new stuff and such. My days of regular play are over unless they do some major additions to the game like PvE or some creative respawning modes. BR I'm burnt on big time.
