Re: I want a refund for accidental purchase

I'm confused, how much time does it require for your Advisors to attend? Especially, when my case got closed next working day without any answer / email whatsoever. 

I absolutely don't mind providing with as much details as required to get a refund, the problem is that there's no communication happening on my case. 

Please refer to a screenshot regarding my case being 'resolved' without any details, comments or emails.
