- @MandatoryIDtag I considered this as well but I'm not sure. It works similarly to the powering down and/or the temporary power down.
I quite like the idea of powering down, as the buff it gives is small, but those 3 or 5 secs can be crucial in maybe an enemy escaping a ring or waiting. Or a revive etc.
As they are they're largely ultra niche like if an enemy sprints through a doorway unsuspecting.
She's basically a rubbish caustic.
Caustics traps are -
- harder to shoot out
- do far more damage
- have a wider radius
- make you have to disperse
- stay active for quite a long period*
*if you consider this last point. If caustic traps a door way you have to wait a goooood amount of time before you can even think of passing. If you go in you'll have slowdown for much longer, my taking health a lot of damage.
And again if you choose not to get damaged you have to wait ages.
Wattsons fences provide none of this benefit. You won't get revive time. You won't get heal time. Enemies can break in pretty immediately.
If they decide to take the damage, it's small and short lived slowdown means they can easily get to you with minimal detriment and probably be in a strong position than you are to wipe you or squad.
When compared to that, even the "op" version i gave isn't that bad.
