Fully investigate? really? It has been two weeks, and I provided EAC the evidence of how he hacked two weeks ago and the hacker is not banned even now. What a great process! If you suspect someone of cheating then please report them using the link in the accepted solution.

Once a report is made there will be no update on the outcome of the investigation.
