Somehow, I was expecting cheaters to eventually come to EU servers. I'd even stretch it and assume that most of them are probably Asian, since suspicious things happen mostly between 1 - 3 a.m. CET.

Many players are lag exploiters as well, but it's really hard to spot them now (I think the interpolation or tickrate got improved to reduce the stuttering). I suspect many streamers of taking advantage of lag to destroy enemies and have good footage. Look at how bad lag can be, if you don't move and shoot first: https://youtu.be/FMPI2KvM574?t=378 . Even if that poor Bloodhound guy would've started started shooting earlier, Soar Kobi would've probably benefited from the lag compensation. Something tells me that Bloodhound complained about hit registration after that elimination.
