Problems with getting unbanned

I was mostly asking about other players experience but now that you say it. I was told by EA support that i need to keep resubmitting appeals. I've done about 10 now. I was told that is the ONLY thing I can do since the TOS team has no other way of being contacted. They said they will read every one of the appeals i submit. Are you telling me after 3 disputes im done??? So which is correct?

Yes. 3 is the max. They should have sent you an email after the 3rd one being declined saying there would be no further reviews.

Then your staff shouldn't be telling me to send further disputes. I asked them specifically about this situation. You're telling me now i have no chance of getting my account back even though it was hacked and they are the ones that cheated on it? That's brilliant. Waste of time and money on a company that won't put effort in to helping it's player base. Your team should be doing more. I bet there are many people in the same situation as me and it's just not good enough on the TOS team side.

I agree they shouldn't be telling you to endlessly submit disputes since they should be aware that 3 is limit. Apologies for the frustration with that.

Each dispute is thoroughly investigated by a human. After 3 investigations have not turned up evidence the ban was issued incorrectly, it won't be overturned and no further disputes will be looked into. 

So i'm the victim of getting my account hacked. I don't believe the investigations are thorough enough since i didn't even have access to my account at the time when it was banned. Now I just need to accept that it's done and just lose out now? I have seen the exact same situation play out with streamers and they get their accounts back. So why isn't more being done for the general player base? As I said before the TOS team isn't good enough and a lot of people are losing out because of it. Your team helped me go through account recovery after i lost the account but another department decides that i should remain banned after they said my account was clearly hacked. Makes 0 sense.

Aljo, so what do we do? i never got given a reason for my ban, never got an email and I offered lots of proof and even extra steps to prove I never cheated. what do the people who seem to be getting banned for nothing do? i just accept I lose all my money and progress over probably a mishap? there is no way my case were thoroughly investigated given how fast the appeals were declined..
