Re: is there a way to check how many apex packs you’ve opened?

Hi @yeetyoteutt,

Not at the moment. The Support team might be able to check for you though if you'd like to try them? I'll pop a link to their contact page: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Edit: Support confirmed they can't check this for you.

  • @EA_Lanna Isn't there an unofficial app that can give some info as I'm fairly certain I saw a community manager post it somewhere.
  • they said they couldn’t check it. do you think it will be added to the game anytime soon?

This's one of the most requested feature (beside Solo).

The #packHasBeenOpened stored in the subs profile inside the server.

Can dev show it ? It shouldn't be that difficult to display a number on the screen.

It's minor enhancement that would greatly appreciated by community.

It potentially increase sales since some people knows they're close to 500 and willing to buy some loot boxes to reach it.

    Hey @asukojo

It's definitely a feature that people have been requesting for a while now. We have forwarded up the feedback on this to the team, but we haven't heard if there are plans to add a pack counter in-game.

If that does happen in the future I'm sure there will be a mention of it in the patch notes, or an announcement in the usual channels. Good places to watch for news are the Apex Legends Twitter page and the News & Game Updates board.

  • @EA_Kent   Another EA maneger said that there was a way for yall (EA) to check for us but i could not find out how to.

  • @NaRnIaaa According to this calculator, which is more or less accurate since I can't remember really how many pack bought myself, I am at 251 so halfway to my very own Wraiths loom (best imo, even though I main pathy).. hopefully I get it before I actually hit 500 and maybe some additional bonus loom set? D:
  • I honestly have a really big problem with apex now ive played since season 1 i am on level 420 spent quite alot of of money on the game and bought 100 apex packs yesterday thinking that, that would get me to my 500 pack goal because i have no character heirloom at all, and it did not ive contacted ea support and they have told me that they can not see the total amount of how many i have opened only how many i opened in a certain day i really need help this has been very frustrating

@stupidshigeru I think theres an actual pack tracker you can use...unfortunately I've forgotten what it is.

@Zeelmaekers  Any chance you can share the link bud? I've seen you dish it out enough times. 😛

  • I can confirm the support team have no way of telling you how many you've opened whatsoever.

@EA_Lanna  I asked and the answer is below

"I have checked the details and confirmed with the team, there is no such option, where we can check, how many packs we have opened and track it manually. We are taking this as a feedback and will be sharing with the game team, so they update in the future."

    Hi @l_mRGogo,

Thanks for getting back in touch with us and updating the thread. Thanks also for getting in touch with Support to see if this was something they could check.

It's good they've shared with you that it'll be marked as feedback and passed on for future considerations.
