currently there is no cross progression so right now the answer is no.

However EA/Respawn has said that cross progression is coming this year but I would not hold my breath on that.

I think it’s close. I play 100% on Xbox, but when I go into my PS5 and log in, yes none of my stats or purchases are there, but when I go to my clan, all that info transfers across platforms, just no stats or purchases. it’s not much but it is a start and does show a little cross platform progression progress
