Those might be the real skins and  the skin I saw was for the Halloween event so it said "monster." I'll still take a picture of my receipts for the rare skins, even though it is is barely worth my time, but I am a collector. Another thing is that the additional purchase for the Octane skin is probably for purchasing Octane the legend -  something most people probably take for granted. If u don't have Octane unlocked GTFO....................... Lawyers and their trivialities...

I was sure those weren't the actual skins. Like they leaked a fake one initially.
