Thanks!! Maybe it's still too soon but, once the Legends roster is complete... what do you think should be next?
I mean, people could feel that the game will be 'stuck' if no more Legends are coming. A possible solution might be to add different Abilities/Ultimates each season, allowing players to customize their legend and choose betweeen different abilities to equip.
Feels slow to add just 1 legend every season...

The first dev and publisher to realize gamers don't like it and drop a content rich game while everyone else is trickling content, is gonna make a killing.. Well provided the game is good

Like fortnite who was smart enough to make new characters weekly which over 50% probably bought. While in Apex you get to pay twich the money for a skin or even a weapon skin....I mean you don't even notice the skins...
Each legend development is like having pregancy, start from nothing, take times to develop, get into details (pick real person to represent it, record his/her voice line, cosmetic, animation), testing it, rebalance it, then wait for the right time to be born (fit the season story line), so take at least 9 months or more .
Because of that, we've future babies already line up.
So if you like babies (legends), you have to wait patiently.
You can't force your wife to have twin/triplet, right ? :P
@asukojo has hit the nail on the head frankly. I would rather lots of time was spent getting these legends right than being released in droves and being sucky as hell.
As for what will they do after? Well to be brutally honest...8 legends one per season is like 720 days.. that's basically 2 years before we see them all. Whether or not the game still has a player base by then is the real question. (I really hope it does!!)
Point is i wouldn't worry about what comes after yet lol. 😛
Sure, it's too soon for that. However, the idea of having more than one Ability/Ultimate to choose from could be implemented before completing the roster.
It's easier than creating a whole new character, and it would give more depth to the existing Legends... anyway, it's just a thought 🤓
I'd be down for this if they
A) made the alternate abilities/ult's unlockable by completing some tasks as said legends.
B) Still kept the same in game layout so you had to choose one ability/ult over the other in the legend menu, much like how we equip skins etc.
