That sounds extremely OP, and I dont think Jenny is a part of the universe so not a part of the lore. Imagine Octane has a passive helth regen, it recently been nerfed because its too OP. Getting both health and armor regen as passive would be out of this world OP then. And instant respawn on ultimate, nononono - that would atleast be an allmeta char real fast. If you see today the tachtical of lifeline is healing, and ultimate of watson is shield regen, getting both on tachtical on a team member would again be a tad OP - depending on how much but it would in effect invalidate the two other legends as they do this stationary.

In my team getting that legend available that would be a thing for us though, only she would not carry nades, but enough ultimate accellerants to respawn the team so we dont have to use 3rd party options like respawn beacons and so on.

Cool Idea though but I think the combination of things go into the impossible to balance specter real fast. Me myself am crying for a replacement option for gibby 🙂

The passive shield and health thing would be like 10% of one shield bar every 30 seconds (or longer depending on how OP that could still be) and health could be 5% every 60 seconds, this support character would still need space in items for shields and health, especially when it faces a squad on squad brawl, or even a multi-squad brawl, I wouldn't have expected it to have regenerated a full bar of shields or even health very quickly. Still only an idea though, I just saw people talking about how there's only two support characters and thought why not put an idea out there.

All I can say is great minds think alike because I'd only seen comments about not having enough support and about how to change the game mode, because I could only get trios until I realised the simple act of pressing the X button on my controller over the trios bit to change the mode haha 😅😂
