EA Live help said they don’t have a procedure to fix this. It happened to me, I spent the money, bought the packs, no heirloom at the end and no help from EA.
- Update—- Looks Like EA is looking into it now.. enough people have brought it up that they can’t ignore it.

@itszxtry Hi, it looks like your posting account isn't actually attached to your Apex/Xbox account. The heirlooms started to appear a few days ago for affected folks, so hopefully you've been using yours already.
