Console aim assist means that "every person can just hip fire like a god and 1 clip purple shields" ???

You are confusing high diamond lobbies with console players. Or aim-botters with console players. I'm sure there's some overlap on both counts, but still....

    They did nerf the aim assist for console a couple years ago to 0.4  (they claimed it was a mistake) - that is when reports, and complaints from across the globe came in that the majority of console players weren't able to hit the side of a building Lol. Lost said it felt like their aim had switched to the high end of linear aiming. 

    But heh, as long as the PC players can keep ALL the advantages I reckon.

    @reconzero Actually i can agree with them. We see all to many times level 5's easily taking out the best players in the world due to an input strength. Upon watching these players you instantly can tell they are indeed new and do not have a lot of experience at all. Yet they can fry as if they are the biggest pro in the world.

    I agree if consoles wish to enter PC lobbies that is a choice they have that we do not. We do not have the option to not play with them but they do have the option to not play with us. If in our lobbies they need bumped down to PC levels. Only gripe with AA I have.

    When a genuine level 5 player mows down the world's best pro and the conclusion that everyone leaps to is "aa" and not "aimbot" then I'm living in a world turned upside down. I don't know what kind of "aa" snaps to target and holds it while you empty the clip, but it isn't the kind I've had since Halo 2. Not even close. How on earth is "aa" a better explanation than "cheater?"

    @reconzero I mean thousands of pro players stream them dying to legit players who just won the fight simply because of how strong the AA was. They even call it out constantly. This is not some secret in the apex world its been a known thing for many years. Its also been a major complaint most likely the biggest complaint in the entire game for many years now.

    So no its not just aimbot killing amazing players its a input that allowed someone to just hit a 180 and instantly 1 mag someone as if they didn't exist. The proof is out there thousands of videos.

    @reconzero I don’t know what kind of lobby’s you play in, but the moment you get to some kind of decent Lobbies every single controllerplayer will oneclip you.
    And I say that as a controllerplayer myself atm.
    If you are close I will oneclip you 95% of the time doesn’t matter the weapon. And I consider myself not even decent with controller. I played on my xbox like 2 rounds and it felt like cheating….

    @E9ine_AC False. We haven't had a choice in Mixtape. PC's invaded console Mixtape s16-20 like there was no tomorrow.

    @CCbathwater To be fair though we did not ask for that either. Thats not on us whats so ever we do not control the match making.

    @E9ine_AC Y'all could just like not have queued up for Mixtape, knowing what could happen.
    We didn't ask for entering PC lobbies if we queue up with a PC player either though.

    @CCbathwater There is a massive difference in the scenarios. One is compromising ranks integrity with unbalanced AA and latency issues. The other is a casual game mode people just go in to play the game. There is a huge difference.

    Why should we not be allowed to play a game mode because of something we have no control over? Thats highly unfair for any platform player to be told you should not queue up. Again, we did not ask for that we were just fine in our pure PC lobbies. When it comes to ranked consoles have the best option of a even playing ground playing against their own platform. We on PC are not given this luxury.

    If you're all insisting this is true then I have to take you at your word. All I know is I'd like a little slice of this aim assist pie for a change because I've been at 35%-40% accuracy with autos since my first xbox in 2003. I have never one clipped anyone in this game unless they were afk. So there's something going on here that nobody's put their finger on yet. And "practice more, recon" is not it.

    @reconzero why you gotta be on here white knighting the forums aim assist is clearly a problem between inputs.
    the aim assist is bs separate the inputs and let all roller players use aa on each other..

    @E9ine_AC Well, because ToS kinda says so. You can't use an exploit or bug in any EA service in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players. So using a bug to gain an advantage over players in console Mixtape, players who don't have access to MnK, Steam configs, etc., well... does somewhat seem unfair.
    The other scenario is an intended feature by Respawn. So either they don't feel it is compromising anything or ranked just doesn't have any competitive integrity. Which, by the amount of cheaters, particularly on your system, obviously it doesn't.

    I'm trying, as always, to understand what it is that people say the problem is, and then to reconcile that with my own experience. I can't. I keep thinking that, at some point, someone will explain this in a way that accounts for everyone's experience in the game and not just some experiences. I still don't understand how "I got one-clipped" leads inevitably to only one single possible conclusion, that aim assist makes bad players into Apex gods.

    @CCbathwater Im not sure why you think that PC players entering mixtape lobbies is by some nefarious methods. We literally hit the play button and the match making does its thing. We are not glitching into them we are not bypassing any methods to get into them. This is obviously a added feature they just never mentioned seeing its been a thing for over 2 seasons now. So again, we have nothing to do with it nor do we want to enter your lobbies we are forced it just as you are forced to play against us.
