I have had this idea for so long i think COD has developed a similar mechanic.
To improve the pub experience, How about Hologram-Sync? Thrown down your Special Hologram to link up with other Players. I have teammates that get disconnected or rage quit. Put out this Specialized Hologram-Sync to connect to other players whether it's a solo or duo. If it's a full squad, they will not be able to see it. A few adjustments to the idea but what do you think?

Do you mean to fill empty spots on your team when people rage quit after getting shot? I'm kinda confused at what the idea you're talking about is, but I like the idea of making the hologram useful somehow. If that's what you're suggesting it sounds good, but maybe they should limit it to once per match so cheaters don't abuse it. Also might be handy for those matches that don't get enough people so you get stuck with 1 person less than everyone else, or am I misunderstanding your idea?

Yes, that's correct, you got the basics. I can feel your excitement! You and your buddy queue up with a random in a lobby, He rage quits because you took that handy Charge Rifle & Now you have the option to throw down your Holo-Sync to connect with a solo player who had the same experience. Yeah, once per round is a good idea, just a few adjustments RESPAWN & we have a winner! :-) & Yes, they're going to abuse it but hey I'm trying to save a dynasty. lol
