Pack Apex over to Belgium ?

Hello, I was level 302 and 304 and i don't win apex pack. Some people say it's over and now we can't win apex pack and need buy with real money for skin ??? Thank you

    @HaRd_Protazer After level 300 you earn a pack every 5 levels rather than every 2.
