@CuSieuBuChan You’ll have to continue to appeal the ban. You can file multiple appeals. Look for as much information as possible that proves your account was compromised. From what I have heard you need to be persistent and patient with the appeals process. Below is a link to the appeals process.
AHQ can’t do much for you, no one here has access to the information surrounding your ban or the ability to do anything about it. The best we can do is try and guide you in the right direction.
If you do manage get your account unbanned use 2 factor authentication on your account and strong passwords so that you’re not in this position again.
