I agree with this.   When I first started the game I saw so many people quitting I wanted them penalized.  I felt thats what makes LoL so popular.  But then I realized this game has no matchmaker no ranking system.  and  the game is filled with noobs and trolls,  that I quit all the time myself  now too.   And its not a bad thing cause you can rejoin another match extremely fast.

it matters cause it takes time to load into game and if i take time and somebody just quits cause they die must not  be that good if keep quit ting plus there the respect factor for others which clearly you do not have i hope they ban and then ban some more til that brand of player is gone
