I think the most likely buff would be the the Rampart shiela buff that was mistakenly released early a few weeks ago.

@Kyldenar This one (screenshot below). It was then removed in a hotfix a few days later. Rampart mains said the half a second buff made a drastic change. Even videos of Jankz and iTemp showed that it was a massive improvement. If I'm a betting man, we might see a lifeline rework next season since there are leaks of voicelines for a medic station.
