Re: stealth + spectre drop legend concept
@KrakaDrak I find many errors.
A) 2 seconds it twice as long as it takes to get killed
B) I get jump-killed / assassinated by people who have no stealth skills whatsoever. By which I mean characters don't got the skills not the players. Obviously the players have the skills.
C) You claim that's the time for Mirage's cloak? Nah man it's more like 0.5 seconds. I use him all the time.
D) Specters are one thing they'll never add as a power, only as a Neutral NPC.
E) Most ultimates are useless for damage, Like Gibraltar's and Bangalore's bombardments and Seer's Heart. Yes a few are decent like Vantage and Rampart, but most aren't that powerful.
