@SulanSr Only thing that has action taken against you on this forum is speaking ill against staff or threats to harassment. So unless you do one of those then you can write whatever you wish on these forums with no actions taken against you. Do not listen to the guy above you there as he was always talking horribly against staff and actions was taken due to this. Which leads to even more saltier posts because of his poor choices.
They send emails to any and everyone who is banned or suspended. I'd suggest checking your spam folder if its not in your original. I would also go in and make sure the email is still on the account and not replaced by another.

@E9ine_AC Yes I tried to check that but unfortunately it’s not possible since my account is locked 🙁. I’ve checked all mailboxes I have and no mail from EA at all.

- @SulanSr Its 100% unusual. Everyone who is suspended or banned receives a email as to why the action was taken. So there is a chance someone could of compromised your account and changed the email on it.
i never receive mail or type of alert, i try with customer and is impossible to solve or know why you are suspended, for your information in this forum you not write what you want! and i only write on cheaters or bad management of this forum...one of moderators ban me is E9ine_AC and himself not advise me or send me email why decided to do this
