@XxColdFangxX It changes from .6 to .4 AA. Try it in the range to see the effect.

I did the slow down effect wasn't as strong, but I was still able to consistently hit the dummies.
Actual players? Much harder since their movements aren't as predictable - @XxColdFangxX Yeah that is what it does.
