Re: This season's starter pack skin looks bad

@Cheese9Man At this rate they need to bring back the old starter packs.
Rather old content then the washout stuff.

  • @Cheese9Man I made a topic about bringing the old starter packs back.
Maybe if we all stick together we will show them what really sells.

Honestly, I have two things to say about this.

    1. Personally, I buy these bundles for the coins. It costs me less than $5 (with EA Play) to get 600 coins. Even without it, it's still less than $6 for 600. Considering the cheapest bundle in the store is a little over $10 with tax for 1,000 without EA Play (so, over $1 per 100 coins), getting 600 for less than $5/$6 is pretty good. It's also the only way to easily get a sub-1,000 coin pack. If you only need a couple hundred coins, this bundle comes in handy for that, instead of having to go and buy a $10 pack. Now, granted, they could easily make this a non issue by offering $1 and $5 coin packs in the store like other F2P games do. Hell, they could do with a whole price restructing, really, like making $20 skin bundles cost 2,150 coins (the amount you get for $20), instead of 2,250, like they do. But, that's a whole other topic for another time.

    2. All in all, cosmetics are very subjective. I'm sure my favorite skin is someone else's least favorite. And vice versa. As an example, I actually really like the Ash skin from the $5 bundle. I actually have it equipped on her right now. And I say that as someone who even bought her $20 launch bundle. The rare one is "simple", sure. But sometimes that's nice to have.

So, yeah, just my 2 cents on all this.
