I don't think you're missing anything. The fourth badge would be awarded if you qualify for the other three. I'm prepared to eat my words, but I think the person who replied to you misunderstood or something.

- @pandareno1999 I've unlocked all three weekly badges. No extra badge unlocked as far as I can see (no splash screen, nothing on Badge selection screen for Legends).
I think the website (and support person) are wrong. I suspect the text was copied and pasted from the previous events as it appears on both these pages (I haven't checked other events).
