@ReezyVLV As I understand it's a rare "Heirloom" cosmetic for her that can drop in Apex packs. 

I believe it's a cosmetic for Wraith - her Heirloom (something like that). Thankfully only a cosmetic change, still does the same damage as a standard melee attack (as far as I know).

I know this is super late but is it possible to get heirlooms for other legends or just her currently?

David I was watching tsm_viss go up a balloon rope, fly off and then do some kind of hover thing a few times which dramatically extended his travel time. I am trying to emulate on pc but no luck.
