@Cheese9Man It is shocking they didnt to start with.

I don't understand all the hype around the prowler. It usually does one bullet damage and not much more if target is moving because it fires so fast that the whole burst has shot even before your aim followed, still projectiles are not that fast so they are affected by movement.
I much prefer the model of high damage/reasonable firing rate at mid/long range (but prefer G7 and 30/30 over snipes cause they are too slow compared to their damages, DPS is largely in favor of G7 when you can aim not too bad).
So indeed, Prowler is nice at short range but not much more that a R45 (whose projectile do the same damage, though multiplier in the head is better for Prowler), R99 (which firing rate is superior and is auto allowing you to melt the enemy, while Prowler's bursts are separated by a long time), or even L Star (now that it can be handled and targeted).
Not even talking about Spit...

@IMightKickAss I used to love the prowler with full auto, but since its back on the ground and at a cost to the availability of the flatline (☹️) ive been opting for the hemlok, feels much better than the prowler and the new bugsy malone weapon

@IMightKickAss Well the first mistake is aiming after pressing fire. 🤷‍♂️

Second comparing it to the g7 or 3030 is silly as those are mid to long range. Prowler is r99 and volt smg. And it does have the highest dps on the game so head to head with a r99, if you aim and then shoot and hit your shots you win.

@HogynDrwg I liked full auto from distance. Burst up close is the eva neutralizer.

@hayhor i feel like I'm moaning a lol (which i am) about the lack of flatlines in a match but t leat i can still depend on the good old eva 🙂

@IMightKickAss Thats why you have to lean into it. Predict where they’re going. I don’t get 1-bullet damage with it. Usually I get at least 3 bullets from 10-20m... past that, it’s iffy... below that, usually all 5 connect or miss everything due to quickly turning.
