@Nasher355 A Caustic can navigate an enemy's Caustic gas without penalty, if that's what you mean. Aside that, I would be fully willing to fight another Caustic that has those abilities. The easy counters are:
Shoot the base of the gasbag when it is idle.
Shoot the gasbag at greater than three meters away.
Regarding his ultimate, effective use is very situational. The only time that it will see maximum use is within a confined space, and most fights are going to happen in open spaces. Other people's AoE ultimates, such as Bangalore's, Horizon's, Gibby's and even Fuse's to an extent are better at area of denial. If Caustic's ultimate is used to flush someone out of cover, they're going to leave that cover irrespective of being able to fire weapons or not.
