@gg123xyz try enabling the auto sprint, it will help you a lot
as @Koochi-Q said, visit the firing range every day before you start your session.
train with your favorite combo without attachments with 600 to 700 bullets and try to get at least 270 damage with one clip without missing, after a while try hitting only the center of the target.
I like your hip fire, work on improving it, I find hip firing very important.
I never ADS ( aim down sight ) on close-range targets.

train yourself to strafe left and right while shooting as a start, then move to strafe and crouch, then add a jump to the combination.
jump, crouch then strafe.
never get back to the fight without full shield and health when (it's possible), before you get knocked I think you should have rotated from the middle to the other side using the zipline and make a surprise attack front the upper left even if that means you have to leave to teammates to die which they already dead but you can always collect the banners and respawn them
if you like you can watch some videos and learn some moves or maybe you can watch my video :P, I take pride of my hip firing and I think you really have the potential for the same
