I would like to note wattson is my main and I love her but she’s underpowered compared to everyone else and it makes me so sad knowing the legend I always use will not be made better in pub play, which is where she needs a buff
@AlexCross2408Not sure if your playing her correctly but i got few friends with 10-20k kill wattsons who utilize her to the fullest. She is also a major priority to any rank game play. If she was not good she would not be a meta pick in ranked.
That’s the issue she’s good in ranked but doesn’t have much quality outside of it, I play wattson quite well and have become used to putting her fences down in areas that effect gameplay but in pubs she’s just underpowered and that’s most games played, I’d just want her to have a pub buff meaning she isn’t only picked in very high ranked games, I don’t just want to have to play ranked 24/7 when my friends all want to play pubs
Sorry, as a Wattson main, camping is not an issue to break in Apex, nor will it save you. Not in a ring game. It’s not.
Having said that, what game developers can’t get through their skulls is people don’t play as teams, even in team games. So when you make a character that thrives only on good teams, it’s under picked and underpowered. Crypto, sane thing. Rampart, even worse.
Perfect example: There was a thread on favorite abilities, passives and ultra recently. NONE people picked abilities that would be powerful with a team only. It was all zip line, wraith abilities and bloodhound abilities...
so, yeah, people might want to work with a team, and help a team with their own abilities...but they also prefer to have abilities that also can be use to only help themselves the most. When most people say they want to play with good team mates, what they mean is you should follow them, do what they want you to do, and pick characters that will buff them while you go down.
