THE HAVOC

The Havoc is a rarely used weapon on the PS4.
Most people pass it over until they have a turbocharger.
And by the time they find a turbocharger they will have a fully modded R301, Alternator, or Flatline.

Pro's

The Havoc deals high damage, at 18 damage.
Has a rather large magazine capacity for an assault rifle.

Con's

The Havoc has terrible hipfire.
The Havoc has high recoil.
The Havoc has low firerate at 550 RPM.
A delayed firerate.
Requires turbocharger or cover priming to be useful.
Turbocharger is a golden attachment. - Hard to find.
Havoc is not a good weapon if you are ambushed.
Havoc is not a good weapon for fast paced unpredictable combat.

Turbocharger
The Turbocharger should give the Havok better close range.
The Turbocharger should give the Havok a tighter hipfire.

Havoc Select-Fire
The Select fire should give the Havoc long range.
The charged beam is a good idea.
The problem, is the trigger charge up.
The Havoc should charge while ADS and stay charged until the fire button is pressed.

Conclusion
The Havok is a strong, full-auto, medium range weapon.
The Havok has some close range capability with the Turbocharger, and some long range capability with Select-fire.
Without a hop-up the Havok is purely medium range.
The turbocharger should be more common.

EVA 8
The Eva-8 is a full auto shotgun.
The Eva-8 is a very basic weapon.
The Eva-8 full auto is more harmful than helpful.
You can easily overspam the eva-8 full auto and be in for a long reload in a close range engagement.
This reload can easily get you killed.
The eva 8 has no downfall no con and no pros.
It is a basic full auto shotgun.
I have had a favorable experience with the Eva-8 in ranked.
I have been able to down more people with the Eva-8 in quick skirmishes than the peacekeeper.
The Eva-8 is more consistent than the peacekeeper and is able to deal more damage over time.
The Eva-8 is very powerful in close range combat, due to the fact many people underestimate it.
Many peple are willing to go heads-up against a Eva-8 only to meet their demise.
The Eva-8 is a great close range shotgun.
Great against strafe dancing foes.
Better than peacekeeper in ranked queue because everyone is a strafe dance expert in ranked queue.
In ranked everyone will strafe dance your peacekeeper shots. While the Eva-8 will allow you to hit strafe dancing foes.
The Eva-8 is kinda boring, it needs something special. Maybe richochet rounds.
