Sorry you had to put up with that when you were just trying to play.

That's absolutely not something we'll tolerate, so if you got a chance to report them at the time that will be investigated and the proper actions will be taken.

Those generally involve suspensions up to and including full closure of the account, though what specific action is taken on any individual account would not be something we discuss with anyone other than the registered account owner.

If you did not get a chance to report them at the time, you can also do that with these steps to make sure that's addressed.

Just as a final heads up, do be aware you're able to mute these individuals from your Squad screen in-game so you don't have to continue listening to that type of abuse. That's best done with a report to make sure that behavior is addressed, so I do appreciate you bringing that to our attention, thank you.
