    1) I am usually being matched with people with levels lower than 100, they dive fast down and die. I am left alone against pre-made champion squad of predator+2x20k badges. They in 99% of matches win. Strangely NOONE can actually kill any of them  - I call this "token of immunity".

    2) I got one 20k teammate, he dives down fast, dies and disconnects, the other teammate somehow lives, we meet together at some point and die to the pre-made squad. Here the game can also branch to both teammates be dead, in such case I die to last pre-made squad alone.

    3) Since this pattern repeats itself for 30-40 matches (!) one after another I just drop solo at the end of the map (teammates drop in first POI and die immediately), I die to the last pre-made squad. "fun"...

    4) After many, many such matches I am being put in "bot lobby" where NOONE can actually kill me (not I have "token of immunity"), I win. "fun" ? Not really. As this entire process happens periodically. It looks like I don't actually have any influence on anything.

Lobbies with high level players are always laggy and stuttery, lobbies with low level players are playable and even sometimes enjoyable (wonder why).

Currently I just play Doom Eternal (great music, great sounds, exceptional fighting system, no stutterings, stable fps, etc.).

  • Mostly in game death alternatively thick headed af random teammates
P.s: almost forgot incomplete squad is a insta quit for me

@JonasDumac I'll stick around until they are dead most of the time. Now if I've downed 2 people from the enemy squad and my teammates are not trying to down the third, I typically just leave.

Left a match this morning, I downed 5 people on drop at Cap, there was another squad and I had downed 2 from them. Teammates? One said gees he's downed 2 squads already, oh he got 2 more.. While they were looting that stupid loot vault. The third enemy kncoked me, I got thirsted because my teammates were no place near the fighting. They just had to get that magazine or what ever was in the nade vault. They finally came in and finished off the third.. Proceed to take ALL of the loot from ALL of my kills.. I just left at that point, I did not give them the opportunity to spawn me back in. I'm not going to take the scraps from my kills when they did next to nothing. One was walking around with my red armor which got swapped out of my death box. That's going to be a whole lot of no thanks.

When you have someone going beast mode on your squad you spawn them in and let them have first dibs at all the death boxes. The only exception is when they can't loot them because of the storm or something.

I'm not nearly as rigid when I play with friends. When I play with friends I know they can carry their weight and make good use of good loot. So I don't really care, I actually encourage them to loot the death boxes and get looted up before they try and spawn me. There is no guarantee we won't get third partied when they try, we also tend to discuss the loot situation and share/work together. Randoms don't.

@DarthValtrex Oh Man i Love those guys that are looting behind a door when you are fighting and you are d owned near then and they just keep looting. Then they get out and die. Really are we sure they arent bots? Real people are that level of *?

The short version, because they just don't care anymore about the game.

The list of reasons for that can be endless. Maybe the SBMM, the bugs, connectionproblems or certain banners on teammates.

If i would play every game seriously and do my best to win, every single game plays out exactly the same way. You get twice more damage then both your teammates combined and eventually run into a 3stack where you have no chance at all to win. So i've gotten into a state where i usually look at the dropship and if i count more then 7 sparkly trails (pred, master, diamond), i just play for kills or highlight reels untill i get a normal lobby.
I usually either hotdrop or follow my teammates, but looking to pick a fight as soon as i have decent gear. If i see they don't follow at all, i just leave after i get downed. Altough it might seem weird or make you wonder why, it's fairly simple, because i just don't care anymore. I understand this ruins the fun for the other people, but after 4 seasons of the same kind of games, i've really grown sick and tired of it. And the SBMM is the only thing to blame for that.

  • @hayhor  Because the movement and gunplay is still top notch in Apex Legends.
It's not "the playing" itself, that i'm tired off. It's the matchmaking and other things.
I'm sick and tired of playing it normally (to win each game) for reasons i mentioned. So i play it different now, and i still have fun that way.
I love this game, but it's sad to see what direction they are taking it. Making it more and more like other BR's, closing skillgaps. All that good stuff.
And also ,there are no other games that interests me atm. Waiting for Battlefield 6.

  • @PsyhiX69 You hit it on the head. I could count the number of times my teammates are knocked before me in a 3v3, but the number will just make me sad. They are always lower level, and can’t seem to do anything productive for the team. Off rip, we land at Barometer and I get a G7 with 3x scope. I shoot the enemy team and farm damage on them to get a purple shield while my teammates just loot under the tower. They proceed to get knocked and I have to retreat. I end the match with 1056 damage 0 kills.

    This is my pub experience..
