The best way to get rid of your hardware ban is by contacting the ToS team.
You said you were banned right away so that sounds a bit unfair.
Give them a chance to look into this situation and lift the ban if they find something that's not right.

Changing parts aren't really the way to avoid bans and can you get banned again really quick again.

I have proven the video stream that I don't use cheats, or additional software but all accounts are still blocked every time I play when I enter the legends selection or when in-game
My assumption here is hardware banned, but the ToS Team does not provide a solution according to your directions. Their answers are like template messages again
