No but seriously it makes it easier to shoot straight for longer, and I thought only lvl4 barrel reduced muzzle flash.
Stabilizing your gun means you can laser more players from mid range with a SMG or farther with an AR.
Very useful if you get into gunfights at those ranges.
CQC? It could be very useful if you want to get those head-shots consistently to knock your enemy down faster.
Where without a stabilizer, you'll have a much more difficult time controlling that recoil to keep it firing in a straight line.
