Same boat here. Tried everything, nothing works. Recently I found out how horrible the SBMM is, so maybe that's partly to blame. I have not even touched BR mode in the last few days. I am only playing Arenas, where I am doing better. BR is just not worth playing anymore for me.
I would try arenas but it isn't as fun as BR for me. And as for the SBMM that might be why but pro players play in the same lobbys as I do so I don't know if its just me or something else.

Don't look at what @hayhor, who knows everything, says. He always defends EA. He never says anything bad about EA.
Arena Pubs MM is just as bad if not worse in my opinion.
I play mostly Arena Ranked when I play it, but sometimes Arena pubs.

Arenas is the way. Simply more fun.
