Re: Why I can only block some people?
There is a manual way, but it requires some effort on your part.
1. Take a screenshot of the name or write it down.
2. Log into your EA account on ea.com.
3. Select the tab Privacy Settings.
4. There you'll find the EA Blocked Users List.
5. Type the name in the inputbox, underneath the list.
6. Click Block, then Update, and you're done.
7. Pray the player doesn't change it's name too often. It's a tedious process on console, but on PC it's rather easy.
But blocking a person doesn't prevent you from being matched with this person again. Rather the communication is blocked only. There's no real way to block a person, other than just not playing at all. IMO it's better to accept that there will always be some unwanted types and just move on to the next match. It's unlikely that you'll be matched with the same player more than twice in a short term period anyway. Unless you're on some low population server, then select another one.
