The Xbox itself no, but could be leaching data from the Xbox's network on a PC. So while it's true you won't find aim-bots, ESP, wall hacks directly on the system, I wouldn't rule them out being used on a 3rd party device to relay the info.
If someone is coming directly to you, I would watch them to see if they do it to others and record it. Every console has the ability. You can then upload that to your one drive and upload that to YouTube or something.
Other cheats that seem to be common on consoles are 3rd party devices like cronusmax. The device them self are not the cheats, but the scripts they can take are the main issue. So, don't let others tell you "You simply can't have someone know your location on consoles". It's more than possible, just very rare. I say that as most people into networking and knowledge of this type of software use and play on PC.
