Do recolor skins come back to the shop? (Legend tokens skins)

@Not_OG_sadge Yeah all the f***ing time. Its seriously getting old too. Is it really that hard to make a NEW recolor? They should each be one-and-done. Because then its at least more special that you have say, the season 3 version of Octane. Instead of having the cool purp and gold one then all of a sudden now everyone has it again. So dumb. The store itself needs a total overhaul.
@CocoaHyena imo recolors should be available for anyone and everyone with the base skin. I don't condone attaching any exclusivity to it, perhaps a bit faster rotation compared to now
