Refund Heirloom?

Can i refund my heirloom?, i got my heirloom when i was lvl 20 and i bought octanes heirloom without knowning anything about the game. Can i get wraiths heirloom and refund the octane?

    Sorry to say @GH0ST_649 but we are not able to refund heirloom purchases.
