The rotation recently has added the Monthly tab and the recent event skin tabs. It removed the standard weekly tab in which the options to spend the points was in. Perhaps you can find out if that standard tab that has been there for virtually every season since 1 is due to make a return.
Otherwise what is the point of the Red Legends Tokens, as there is no use for them in the game, other than 12000 for the new characters at the start of the season, which whilst great, when you can now level to 2500 at 600 points per level, means that we have 1500000 points that we can use.
Would like a better answer on this, than I think, as collection of the skins through grinding is one of the benefits of the game, and this removes the option of speeding that up slightly.
Appreciate any more accurate advice on this.

Yes, the store rotations this month were disappointing to many. They're always trying different things to see what sticks. I myself was quite unhappy with this month's stores. But of course regular recolor offerings will return soon enough. It's hardly the first time there were no legend token recolors available.
