What's your point here?
If you want to record your matches, then just do it.
You can use different recording tools to accomplish that.
I play on the PS4 exclusively.
I record videos all of the time.
Look in the user manual there are plenty of descriptions of how to set duration of recordings.
Any given Apex match if victorious is under 1/2 hour in length.
If you do not have adequate memory add an external hard drive or even a flash drive and set all of your recordings to save to it.
As far as video playbacks you can quick snip and edit or you can use the fancy editor to do all kinds of stuff.
I just use it to go back and verify hit reg issues and whether or not my aim was off in the last game I played. I just like to see if I am actually hitting what I thought I was or not.
