I am interested in that involves integrating with Apex Legends.
I contacted EA Support regarding the cross-progression feature, but was informed that it is not handled by their team.
Could you please advise where I can submit my request or find official updates regarding cross-progression?
Any guidance on the correct process or support channel would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding Apex Legends cross-progression.
I am currently using the same EA account on both PS5 and Steam.
I have already checked my EA account connections and confirmed that both my PlayStation Network and Steam accounts are linked to the same EA account.However, my progress, skins, and levels are not syncing between PS5 and Steam.
I have tried clearing the cache, changing servers, and switching logins multiple times, but the situation has not improved.Could you please check on the EA account side whether the cross-progression data is syncing correctly?
If necessary, I would greatly appreciate it if you could manually trigger the synchronization.Thank you for your time and support.
