New split:
- still no buff for Caustic/Seer and legends who needed this since few seasons (buff only for Wattson and Vantage)
- no nerf for Sparrow
- funny nerf for Ballistic
- dash Ash - 10s -> 8s (buff dash xD) and now Ash will have +50 HP like Skirmishers after being knocked down. Is this a joke?
