Reset Password
I’m experiencing an issue with my account while trying to access Apex Legends.
Last week, I was able to play without any problems. However, when I logged in today, I was prompted with a message stating that my login credentials had expired and that I needed to reset my password. The issue is that the game is showing an email address that is not mine.
When I logged into my EA account and checked the “Linked Accounts” section, it correctly shows my account connected to my current Gmail. However, in-game it appears to be tied to a completely different email address that I do not recognize.
I’ve invested a significant amount of money into this account, so I’m very concerned about this discrepancy. Please help me resolve this issue and restore proper access to my account as soon as possible.
