Can we also expect to see 'minor' QOL changes, such as the weapon-swap on empty ammo interaction that many players have been regularly complaining about?
Or, put differently here, what you describe here isn't the all-comprehensive list of *everything* being accumulated into the next patch, right?

Also, I don't understand at all why "piggy-backing" is getting highlighted to such a degree. I've never felt it as an issue, and have never seen it aired as an issue on the forums, reddit, or twitch streams - in fact, this post is the first I've heard of it being a 'thing' to begin with.
In other words, I don't think it's worth prioritizing compared to what else is on the plate. I would not be upset at all if dealing with this piggy-backing issue were put on back burner so you can get other more important changes into the next update.
(edit: p.s. I do like what I see otherwise, the information is greatly appreciated and I like getting an idea of where you're at with specific things; I just wish it could come sooner [if only we had time machines]! At the same time, I feel some bugfixes - like the 'bleed-through' bug for Gibraltar/Caustic - should have been hot-patched to the live build by now, so I'd like to continue encouraging the idea that not *everything* should be part of the "slower but bigger & better" development-pipeline philosophy.)
