Restore Progress

So last week my account got hacked and banned because the person who hacked me decided to play with my account using cheats. I just got my account back and even though Im SUPER SUPER grateful to have all my progress back and being able to play online I'm still really upset that I have badges, scores and a legend I'm not supposed to have.

Before I got hacked I was on gold 1 ranked and now my account is on diamond, the battlepass is almost complete, my accout level is like ten levels above and with octane and horizon I have almost every badge unlocked. I took pride on the few "good badges" I had earned, and it saddens me to not being able to earn new badges because the cheater unlocked them for me.

Is there any chance my account could be restored to any date before I got hacked?? I know of some players that have lost their progress and got it back, so I'm hopeful that something can be done.

UPDATE: got in touch with ea through live chat, they can do nothing about it fml, it baffles me that they were able to restore the lost progress of playstation users a month ago but can do nothing for an individual pc player :c

    Hi @Ganinipa 

    If you haven't played for a while, your account might be compromised.
    If you think this is the case, you best contact an EA Advisor so they can help to get your account secure again.


    When that is done, you can ask for a ban appeal that will be sent to the Terms of Service team.
    They will review the ban and send you a mail-back after their investigation.

    Hi, I aprecciate the answer, guess I didnt make myself clear, I have already secured my account. Ive changed all my passwords and activated 2 factor verification, I'm also unbanned thank god, ea support contacted me today about it. What I'm asking is, is there anything that can be done to return my account to a state before the hack?

    Good to hear that your account is secure and you got it unbanned!

    To return it in time, I think you still should contact EA support for that, @Ganinipa! There is nothing we can do for you in that regard, we are just players like you 🙂

    It’s so shocking to see that someone who got his account back wants no part in seeing unearned badges on his account.

    You Sir/Madam are an inspiration! more ppl should have the same thinking!... not counting lottery tho... if I bought the ticket and won, that money is mine! xD
