@DarthValtrexThat's just the meat part. Younglings blood plasma (the fountain of youth) can go in fruit smoothies fresh/frozen or put in with a pancake mix. Quick kiss in the pan on both sides and voila!

It's expensive and illegal but noone lived forever following the rules!
