So has anyone else experienced this. 2 times in round three me and my squad have been wiped out in a matter of seconds ds as if it were the final ring. One of the matches I didn’t even take damage from someone who thought they were hiding and I never made it to the zone it was no more than 30-40 meters away. Go ahead and hang out in ring 3 see what happens let me know.
This is a strange time to complain about the ring damage as they just added heat shields to the game its Left alt on pc and up d-pad, I think on a controller to activate you can carry 2 at a time. These devices stop you from taking damage from the ring for a while (decreasing proportionally to the strength of the ring) and increase the speed of healing by 50%.
Secondly, that's the point of the game, it is a bread and butter part of every battle royale type game. Imagine for a second the ring never went up in damage, people would be camping on the end of the map with inventories full of syringes trying to outlast each other to get a win. Would you rather into the ring which forces players to eventually fight it out or spend 40 mins a match looking for the last guy who is camping on Mirage Voyage eating syringes like an addict.
