Has anybody else had lag problems lately I've had people in my games ruber band or lag. Its not my internet because my other games will work just fine. I've tried switching servers, deleting and reinstalling the game, and restarting the game and my ps4 and the same thing will happen. This only happens in dues or trios. If anyone else has a way to fix this please tell me.

My internet reset and now my apex is working if this was the fix thanks because it's working well now.

Hi there, @heatseakingtroll.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. I'll try to help find out why you're lagging so much. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@heatseakingtrollDont even bother typing here about lag issues mate, they will find away too blame it on your connection type or computer when even high streamers complain on their issues with the connections. Shroud the other day just said in a video that he lagged and followed up with a "Good ol apex connections". They've had issues since release specially on PC. When I played on PS4 I usually only had crashing related issues nothing more, but on PC I have had issues since release with crashing, internet and audio. They're bad at what they're doing sadly.

@EA_Aljo Exactly! That's why I find it weird that there is never a problem with connections on your side, but you guys always insist that it's "probably" from our end. Trying to restart our routers, or changing to a wired instead of wireless connection wont solve problems that you guys have hade since release

@heatseakingtrollSince season 1. It's actually just a feature in Apex. A feature that is a deal breaker and I finally chose not to play their game due to it after season 3.

Wireless is the biggest reason we see for lag and disconnects. When we have problems on our side, we make an announcement about it. In order to rule out any issues with your connection, we need to go through testing.

@EA_Aljo Weird.. How my wired connection is the same as my wireless then while playing apex and apex only. Streamers know that apex has issues with connection, cheaters and SBMM so I dont understand.. how many reports a day do you guys recieve with internet problems specific to apex? Because it isnt just streamers and players that complain.. But also game related news.

Can you test both of your connections for me? You'll need a PC for this though. I'd like you to run a UO Trace and screenshot the results. Instructions are here. This will show us the quality of both connections and point out any issues there might be. Also, when running the wireless test, make sure your computer is as close to your console as possible. That way, the connection is replicated as much as possible.
